Founder & CEO – XpressDrop | XpressPashuSeva

Nitul Saikia is an accomplished logistics leader with over 14 years of experience in Last-Mile Operations, Channel Management, and Logistics Strategy. Having worked with industry giants like Xpressbees and Flipkart, he has played a pivotal role in driving the growth, scalability, and service excellence of multiple organizations and startups.

Nitul began his professional career as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR), where he honed the technical discipline and attention to detail that would later define his operational leadership style. His journey took him through leading-edge companies in Bangalore including Metrix, Styletag.com, SportXS.com, and Ethos, where he gained extensive experience in e-commerce operations and customer engagement.

With a strong desire to contribute to his home region, Nitul returned to Northeast India and took on leadership roles at Xpressbees and Flipkart, successfully managing large-scale last-mile logistics networks across difficult terrains.

In 2025, Nitul founded XpressDrop, a last-mile logistics company focused on precision delivery and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, XpressDrop quickly established itself as a reliable name in logistics across Assam and Northeast India.

Parallel to his logistics journey, Nitul has always held a deep compassion for animals. Having rescued and cared for many stray and farm animals personally, he felt a strong urge to solve the veterinary care gap in rural India. This passion led to the creation of XpressPashuSeva — an innovative platform providing online veterinary consultations, livestock medicine delivery, and animal health education to farmers and pet owners in underserved areas.

Through XpressPashuSeva, Nitul aims to combine his operational expertise with his commitment to animal welfare, bringing quality veterinary care to the doorsteps of farmers across rural Assam and beyond.
