1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to XpressPashuSeva.
     
  • "User", "You", "Customer" refers to any individual or entity using our services.
     
  • "Platform" includes our website, mobile app, and any associated digital services.
     

2. Services Offered

XpressPashuSeva provides:

  • Online veterinary consultation services.
     
  • Sale and delivery of veterinary medicines, supplements, and livestock care products.
     
  • Informational content for animal health and wellness.
     

3. Eligibility

To use our services, users must be:

  • At least 18 years old, or using the platform under guardian supervision.
     
  • Legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
     

4. Consultation Services

  • All consultations are provided by registered veterinary professionals.
     
  • XpressPashuSeva is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences arising from miscommunication, missed appointments, or non-adherence to prescriptions.
     

5. Medicine Purchase and Delivery

  • Products listed are based on availability and may be substituted if out of stock.
     
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on location and logistics.
     
  • We recommend using medicines only after consulting a licensed vet.
     

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • Consultations once completed are non-refundable.
     
  • Medicines can only be returned or refunded if:
     
    • The product is expired, damaged, or incorrect.
       
    • The return is initiated within 3 days of delivery.
       
    • The seal is intact and the product unused.
       

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
     
  • Provide false information during registration or consultation.
     
  • Misuse any veterinary or medical content without proper guidance.
     

8. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. All personal and medical information is stored securely and only used for service enhancement. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Limitation of Liability

XpressPashuSeva is not liable for:

  • Any adverse animal reactions to prescribed medicines.
     
  • Damages caused by delivery delays, technical glitches, or miscommunication.
     
  • Loss or misuse of data due to external cyber-attacks.
     

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At XpressPashuSeva, we strive to provide high-quality veterinary services and livestock health products. If you're not satisfied with a product or service, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement:

You can request a return or replacement if:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered – Different from what was ordered.
     
  2. Product Damaged – Broken, leaking, or physically tampered during transit.
     
  3. Expired Product – Delivered item has passed its expiry date.
     
  4. Sealed & Unused – The product is unused and in original packaging.
     

Return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
 

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially used medicines/feed.
     
  • Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., vaccines) unless damaged during transit.
     
  • Products returned without original packaging, bill/invoice, or seal.
     
  • Services like vet consultations once completed.
     

💰 Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or UPI account.
     
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit after verifying return eligibility.
     

🔁 Exchange Policy:

  • If a product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement based on stock availability.
     
  • If the replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided.
     

📦 Return Pickup:

  • Our delivery partner will attempt pickup for eligible returns.
     
  • If pickup is not available in your area, we may ask you to send it back and reimburse the shipping cost (with proof).
